BOYS CROSS COUNTRY
The Blue Devil cross-country team defeated Lake Forest 22-36. Warren took 2nd out of 10 teams at the Lakes HS Twilight Meet Friday night. Warren hosts the North Suburban Conference Meet on Saturday.
GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY
The Girls Cross Country team capped of the regular season this week. They had a nice race at Lake Forest but just couldn’t squeeze out the victory. On Friday night they traveled to Lakes for the Sunset Series Flight Meet. It was a stacked field and the girls took 6th place out of 10 teams. The teams who finished ahead are all ranked in the top 20 in the state in either 2A or 3A. Lots of strong races from our ladies! Emma Leung had the race of the evening, dropping more than 40 seconds off her personal best. Taylor Latza, Nikki Harrison, Mia Pasha, Melissa Cote, Caralyn Whalen, and Olivia Buccelli also ran strong races in a powerful field. The girls are looking forward to hosting and competing in the North Suburban Conference meet on Saturday.
BOYS GOLF
The boys golf team wrapped up the season by playing in the IHSA Regional hosted by Deerfield this past week, finishing 6th out of 8 with a 340. Top scorers were Nick Steinhilber (80), Andreas Ackron and Anders Johnson (86) and Charlie Badgley (88). Nick was featured on October 2nd in the Chicago Tribune/New Sun.

GIRLS GOLF
On Monday, the Devils beat Wauconda by four strokes but fell to Mundelein by four strokes in a tri-meet at Prairie Isle. Top scorers: junior Mia Bornhorst 39, sophomore Alaina Goeden 47, senior Sydney Bornhorst 48, and junior Kylee Wiltse 48. The team placed 3rd in the IHSA Regional tournament at Prairie Isle on Wednesday. Top scorers: junior Mia Bornhorst 94, sophomore Alaina Goeden 94, senior Sydney Bornhorst 96, and sophomore Mia Cosnotti 105.
GIRLS TENNIS
JV2 finished their season with a sweep over Lake Zurich while JV1 finished 4th in the NSC tournament with some nice individual match wins over Stevenson and Libertyville! Varsity finished 4th in the NSC tournament and will compete in sectionals hosted by Lake Zurich this week.
GIRLS SWIMMING & DIVING
The swimming and diving teams did not compete this week as they prepare for the NSC meet on Friday and Saturday.
