Tryout Information:
- Open Gym (October 24th 4-6pm Almond Campus Fieldhouse)--Athletes will be able to work on stunts and tumbling under supervision of the coaches.
- Tryouts (October 25th 4-6pm, Almond Field House)--Athletes will schedule a time to try out with their stunt group on the google form provided at the mini clinic. (If an athlete uses someone in their group for stunting that has already tried out, that athlete will join for the stunting portion. ) **We understand that some athletes are in a spring sport and will need to try out at the end of the time slot. We will make arrangements with those that will be affected.
- Athletes will be judged on:
- Cheer
- Jumps (Toe Touch, Left/Right Hurdler, Pike, Double Toe touch, Jump combo)
- Tumbling (Standing and Running)
- Stunting (Two different stunts, should include an advanced entry and body positions, twist down if able)
- Overall Tryout: Are the athletes on time? Leadership Skills? Giving Best Effort?
