The Blue Devils reached the IHSA quarterfinals for only the third time school history and for the first time in 17 years!  The Devils defeated Hinsdale Central 17-14.  The Blue Devils played well on both sides of the ball.  That defense was really tough once again and forced the fumble that sealed the victory. Warren’s record is now 10-1 on the season. Next up is the quarterfinal game at Brother Rice Saturday night at 6PM. 


The varsity and JV teams both competed in the NSC Championship on Saturday at Lake Forest.  Both teams finished in 3rd place.  The JV team earned medals with a 4th place finish in the medley relay by Tanvi Ranade, Maggie Dorr, Jessie Oehlerking, and Fiath Harris. Chloe Yoder set two school records in winning the 200 free and taking second in the 500 free.  Ellie Stingle took 6th in the 50 free and the 100 free.  Tanvi Ranade took 3rd in the 100 fly.  Maggie Dorr set a school record with her 4th place finish in the 100 breaststroke.  The 400 free relay of Ellie Stingle, Faith Harris, Chloe Yoder, and Tanvi Ranade took 3rd place.  The varsity team also hauled in quite a bit of hardware.  Alyssa Church took 2nd in the 200 free and 3rd in the 100 free. Carissa Barker was 2nd in the 50 free and 3rd in the 100 backstroke.  Maia Russell finished 3rd in the 200 IM and 6th in the 100 breaststroke.  Hailey Benoit finished 5th in the 100 backstroke.  The 200 Medley relay of Carissa Barker, Maia Russell, Anni Stingle, and Alyssa Church finished in 3rd place.  The 200 free relay of Carissa Barker, Grace Bevers, Hailey Benoit, and Alyssa Church took 2nd place.  The 400 free relay one Anni Stingle, Grace Bevers, Hailey Benoit, and Maia Russell also took second place.  Next up is the IHSA Sectionals on Saturday at Lake Forest High School.


The volleyball team’s season came to an end with a tough loss to eventual state qualifier Prairie Ridge in the Sectional semi-final.  It was a GREAT season for the girls.  They had 30 wins and won a Regional Championship.  Congratulations to Julie Filippo and all of the girls on an excellent season!
