BOYS CROSS COUNTRY
Blue Devil boys cross-country team won the IHSA Regional Saturday at Lake Forest! It was a total team effort! Griffin Pasha, Luke Wiley, Hunter Subry, Andrew Metcalf, John Wiser, Max Zeisler, and Cole Kaether all ran extremely well for Warren. The team averaged 15:20 over the 3 mile course. Griffin ran a personal best 14:46! Now it is on to the Sectional hosted by Hoffman Estates at Busse Woods on Saturday with the chance to qualify for the State Finals. Way to go REGIONAL CHAMPS!
GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY
The girls came in second place at the IHSA Regional on Saturday qualifying as a team for the Sectional Saturday at Busse Woods. The team was down two runners due to injuries, but they had the depth and determination to pick each other up and still take 2nd as a team! Sophomore Raina Rice placed 5th, making the All-Region Team. The other runners contributing and running to the second place finish were Taylor Latza, Madi Juenger, Nikki Harrison, Chloe Yoder, Sophia Iaconis, and Caralyn Whalen.
FOOTBALL
Blue Devil football went 9-0 in the regular season for the first time since 1981! They also ran the table against the rest of the conference becoming sole NSC Champions! For the season, Warren offense scored 328 points averaging over 36 points a game. They could have scored much more, but this team shows great sportsmanship each game! On the defensive side, Warren has given up a total of 21 points in 9 games, a minoot 2.3 points per game. Now that is a TOUGH defense! The Blue Devils are the 4th seed in the 8A bracket. Warren will host Plainfield East Saturday night at 6PM.
BOYS SOCCER
The boys’ soccer team won the first of two Regional Championships earned by Warren over the weekend with a nail biter Friday night. Warren defeated Round Lake in penalty kicks after 90 minutes resulted in a 2-2 tie. In regulation, Alex Senko and Ishaan Shah scored goals for the Devils. Ishaan Shah, Luke Schoenbrunn, Nolan Elhers, and Josh Segura all scored penalty kicks. Josh Segura’s was the game winner. Now it on to the IHSA Sectional at Libertyville Tues at 6:30 PM against Buffalo Grove.
GIRLS SWIMMING & DIVING
The Blue Devils lost the final dual of the season to Mundelein. On Saturday, the Devils took 7th place at the Deerfield Invite. The top 10 in each event earned medals. Here are the medal winners for Warren.

100 Backstroke- 1st place - Grace Bevers and 4th place - Hailey Benoit
Next up is the NSC Championships. Friday is diving at Mundelein and the swimming portion is Saturday at Stevenson High School.
GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
Warren won their conference finale 26-28, 25-21, 25-18 over Mundelein. Leaders for Warren were Sarah Barbosa with 3 aces, 11 digs., and 2 kills. Gabrielle Brewer with 3 aces, 1 kill, and17 assists. Elizabeth Weinberg with 11 kills, 6 digs, and 1 block. Faith Pollard with 7 kills (.778), 1 block. Kayleigh Glickley with 1 ace and 14 assists. 6n Friday and Saturday they competed at the Lake Park Invitational. The went 2-3 with wins over Prospect and Glenbard North. They lost to Fremd, Joliet West, and Dundee Crown. Leaders over the week were DJ Serrano with 19 digs. Kylie Jasnoch with 1 ace and 45 digs. Taylor Stevenson with 1 ace 14 digs. Alayna Malec with 6 aces. 10 kills. Elizabeth Weinberg with 6 aces,17 kills, and 9 digs. Gabrielle Brewer with 4 aces and 34 assists. Kayleigh Glickley with 5 aces, 2 kills , and 55 assists. Kendall Crawford with 25 kills and 3 digs. Faith Pollard 17 kills and 5 digs. Now it on to the IHSA Regionals hosted by Lake Zurich High School. The Devils take on Buffalo Grove Tuesday at 6:30PM.
