The team parent meeting will take place tonight. Please check your email for a link to the Google Meet. The meeting will start at 8:00pm and after important information is shared with everyone there will be time for questions. The following document is where you can find all the important information that will be covered at the meeting tonight as well as a schedule for future meets and invites for the team: Team Information Packet
Any girls interested in joining the track and field team this year need to REGISTER and have an up to date physical on file with the nurses office. The practices will begin on Monday, January 31 at the Almond Campus and run from 4:00 to 6:00pm. Practices take place Monday through Friday. For Freshmen and Sophomores there is an activity bus after school that can transport you to the Almond Campus. When practice is over, please make sure to have a ride ready to pick you up. It is your responsibility to get your own ride home.
The first few days of practice will take place indoors. If you need space to change, the locker rooms will be open, but you are responsible for securing your own belongings during practice. If that means you bring your bag to practice, you can. Bring your workout clothes a good pair of running shoes and a water bottle. If we do go outside for a practice, you will be notified the day before so you have time to gather the proper clothes.

Season officially starts in Late January 2022!! Make sure to have updated physicals turned in to school.

We are kicking off a new fundraiser this year using the ‘Snap!’ program that allows us to use email, social media, and text messaging to quickly raise money for our team. All that is asked of each participant is that they gather 20 or more email addresses of family, relatives & potential supporters that may be willing to donate to our cause. Your contacts are strictly private & protected; they will simply receive a personalized donation request on behalf of your student during our fundraiser. Here is a link to our fundraising page:
All proceeds will help the Girls Track & Field team be able to purchase items and materials needed, such as warm ups, equipment for training and strengthening, recovery equipment, upgraded uniforms, and much more!

There will be an informational meeting for parents of athletes on the Girls Track & Field team being held on Wednesday February 5th at 5:30 PM in room 237 at the Almond Campus. All parents/guardians of athletes are encouraged to attend! Important information will be shared at the meeting.
Exciting update! The Girls Track & Field team is now partnered up with Snap! Raise. Com for our fundraising efforts. Snap! Raise. Com has been a successful fundraising group that has helped many teams at Warren Township High School raise substantial funds for team needs in order to improve their programs. Our start date for our fundraiser will be Tuesday, February 18th. More details about the fund raiser coming soon!
For all interested in joining the Girls Track & Field, our season will begin on Monday, January 27th.
Practices will be at the Almond Campus, starting at 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
--Remember, all athletes must have an updated physical form turned in to the nurses office and either O'Plaine or Almond Campus. Physicals are good for one full calender year.
If you don't have an updated physical, you cannot practice with the team until you get the form into the athletic office.
Tryout period will be the first 2 weeks of the season (Jan 27th- February 7th).
--All levels of athletes are welcome to come out for the team, freshman through senior!
